  We rented the skis for my daughter. First, it took the store half an hour to find her contract. Then they said the store didn’t have the correct ski size for her, so they gave her a much smaller size skis, and told us she couldn’t have adult skied because she was 13, even thought she is 5’4 feet tall. My daughter felt really unsafe on the slopes. She felt the skies were too light and too flimsy, impossible to contrite her height and weight. We came back to the store and they told us there is nothing they can do for us and send us to the ski school. We came to the ski school, waited there, only to be told that they can’t exchange her skis. Then we had to go to anorak sports at the Village. The whole procedure took hours, so we couldn’t get the full use of our Epic pass for that day. We had a very bad day. Update. The next day, 12/22, we came to the same store to retrieve our skis, that were stored there overnight. Daz, who identified herself as the store supervisor, told us our skis there not there. Daz was the same person who caused us the delays and sent us in the wild chase yesterday. She told us she couldn’t help us and sent us to another store. Thankfully, another supervisor was there and quickly pointed out my daughter’s skis that were stored there. In the afternoon, I went to pick up my other two children from their ski lessons. One of my children has a disability and was taking adaptive ski lessons. I sent my 13 year old daughter to return her skis at the Maggi store. Daz told her my daughter had to bring her skis to another store to return. I clearly remember that we are allowed to return skis at any Breck sports. We had our contract done at the Maggi store and the only reason we had to go to the Village store because Maggi store didn’t have her size. My daughter asked Daz to call me, but she refused and said that it was not her problem. Interacting with Daz really affected both me and my daughter. She was rude, refused to be helpful and always had wrong information about our questions and needs. I tried calling the Maggi store all morning today, to speak to Jack, but nobody picked up the phone. My phone number is in the contract. Can someone please call me to get this matter settled? I’m very unhappy with this experience.

  Jack and Joseph were hands down awesome !! They got us Floridians fitted and a set for success on the slopes. They gave us helpful in on equipment we know nothing about !! Super friendly and you can tell they love what they do :) go see em if you need your gear and rentals!!!

  We rented our ski gear from Breck Sports in Breckenridge, and our experience was outstanding thanks to Jack Durkin. We were a group of 4 adults and 2 kids (and our kids are definitely a handful!), but Jack was incredibly patient, polite, and helpful. He made sure we had the correct gear, gave us clear instructions, and even helped us put everything on before skiing — all without us needing to ask. He even went the extra mile by bringing our shoes from one location to another just to make things easier for us. Jack truly went above and beyond and made our ski day so smooth and enjoyable. If you’re in Breckenridge, I 100% recommend getting your gear from Jack at Breck Sports!

  Unbelievably slow lines! Reservations don’t matter, only 3 people working on rentals, 1 on boots, 2 on skis and bindings. Get there early!
