Easy to access from the Alpenrock hotel, too, and the ski/equipment Valet made it seamless. 5/5, would recommend!

- DDDave DuroseNov 14, 20201.0Not great. I completely understand COVID. However plesae don't allow people to book rooms that you don't have available. We are stuck because the highway closed. Don't trust the website or travel sites. They are short staffed cleaning crew and we are sleeping in the lobby. 5 hours later refused any discount or refund not a single offer for any hospitality as we huddle on the floor. I'll update if it changes, not looking good.

Is rental equipment availability limited?
While we plan for high volume days, due to inventory capacity we strongly recommend reserving online in advance to ensure you secure the size and type of equipment you want to make the most of your experience. We will do our best to accommodate all walk-in guests but during some time periods we may only be able to service guests with reservations at specific stores. Please call the store if booking a last-minute reservation to ensure we have sizes available.

What if I have reserved rentals but cannot get a lift ticket?
Rental reservations can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the reservation date. Please see the Epic Mountain Rentals cancellation policy for more details.
If we arrive early, can we pick up our skis the day before?
Yes, and we welcome it. Pick up your equipment any time after 3 PM and you won’t be charged for that day.
Can you deliver my equipment to my hotel?
Yes. Condos and vacation homes, too. Choose delivery when ordering online at select resorts and we’ll bring the gear to you for a fee. We currently offer rental delivery at Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Crested Butte. Heavenly, Keystone, Northstar, Park City, Vail and Whistler Blackcomb.
