  I had an issue with my own boots, so I came here for some rentals. Trent and the rest of the team were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend coming here for rentals!

  I came with my family and there were 6 of us. We rented skis and snowboards, helmets, and boots for the day. I unfortunately twisted my ankle after only an hour and brought my equipment back. Antonia was very kind and helpful (even helped me take my boots off). However, when she asked if they could refund the full day and only charge me for half of day the manger said no. Apparent hey only do half day rentals in the afternoon. I’m not sure why it would have been difficult to do and was willing to pay for half a day as that would be fair even though I only used the equipment for an hour. Anyway, we will be here for a week and plan to get the rest of our rentals from another business. As a customer who spent a lot of money here for just one day, I am thankful I didn’t rent out the week.

  My family was very satisfied with the quality of rental helmets, skis, boots, & poles. The staff (Dan, Lexi, & Steve) were exceptionally friendly, listened well to understand our needs, then delivered service that was beyond our expectations. This crew even helped guide me through the purchase process of boots, poles, bindings, & skis with their downtown main street location. They were all prompt and ready to help with our various rental needs and desires. Couldn't thank them enough. They made our six day rental for a family of three stress free. Thanks again!
