  Needs more employees. Waited a long time to purchase gear but employees were stuck helping people with rentals

  Terrible experience renting skis here especially for first time skiers. First, my ski boots were way too tight. I couldn’t stand up straight and walk normal like everyone else. When I asked for a different pair, they told me it was normal. We were never directed to where to sticks were, so we headed to the slopes without sticks. As we were skiing, my boyfriend’s skis kept popping off. They were obviously poorly adjusted by the staff. Overall, the staff was very unhelpful and did not provide positive service to beginner skiers.

  I needed to return my skis at the Breeze Denver location the other day but they were closed due to blizzard weather. Kyle Powell at Breeze Breckenridge helped me find an alternative ski dropoff location and after that fell through (due to power outages) he went well above and beyond any reasonable expectation I may have had for his service. I did not rent from Breeze Breckenridge but accidentally called him instead of Breeze Beaver Creek and he helped me find a place to return my skis and maintained regular correspondence until I was able to find an open location near my hotel in Denver and was able to drop them off. He provided exceptional service.

  My wife and friends rented skis here and the staff was so nice and friendly.
