Dropped my split board off for a tune and EMG crushed it! My board has been through a beating this winter and was in rough shape but EMG brought her back to life🤩

I’ve been in search of a pair of new Alpine ski boots for about a year. I landed at Epic Mountain Gear in Boulder today and boy what a treat.
Zach is by far the most professional, personable and direct sales person I’ve ever met. I don’t think I’ve ever met anybody that is so passionate about their job. I had no idea a custom boot fit was so detailed. After all was said and done my boots fit like a glove. If anybody has a need of new ski boots, please check out Zach at Epic Mountain
Gear in Boulder because he is the boot fitter extraordinaire!

Amazing experience at Epic Mountain!
We want to give a special thank you to Audi and Matt for their outstanding customer service while helping us rent our skis. They were extremely friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable in guiding us to choose the right equipment.
Thanks to their help, we were able to enjoy the mountain with confidence and comfort. They truly made a difference in our ski day!

I'm really disappointed with Epic Mountain Gear. Last season we bought new skis and boots from them. I'm 100 lb with extremely narrow feet, and the boot fitter sold me a pair of medium volume women's boots—at the time I wasn't aware there were low volume boots on the market, but that's clearly what I should have been advised to buy. The boots have caused me no end of issues, bruising my toes, feeling too loose around the calves, and I've been back multiple times to ask for help. My boots are now Frankensteined, with an insole, heel lift, numerous J bars—all in an attempt to fill up space that shouldn't be there. The fitters are really nice and generous with their time but essentially I was given poor advice from the get-go and have suffered ever since. I am an obvious candidate for low volume boots so why didn't anyone tell me to look at those? Wearing overly large ski boots is dangerous and I've finally been forced to go back to the drawing board and purchase new, low volume boots from another retailer, at a substantial cost. Epic weren't going to take the boots back, and I understand this, but when asked they didn't even offer a gift card or some store credit as a goodwill gesture. Thanks to Epic, I lost $600. Now they've lost my family's business.

Sam at Epic in Boulder was absolutely incredible to work with. After spending the past few seasons in ski boots I eventually realized were too big, he dialed in my true size and walked me through how proper fit impacts both performance and comfort on the mountain.
He was super friendly and patient the entire time, and I genuinely appreciated that there was zero pressure to buy that day. His focus was on making sure I found the right fit and felt completely confident before making a decision.
As it turns out, we found the perfect pair — and I walked out feeling 100% confident in them. I was beyond impressed with the whole experience. Because of this, they’ve now earned my business for life — I won’t be buying ski boots anywhere else again!! 🎿⛷️
