Great store. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. We found everything g we needed at good prices and some things were even on sale. We loved the Gooder ski goggles, as we have 1/2 pairs of sunglasses and the goggles are awesome and so reasonable.

Quick and excellent customer service. On the other hand I have to put a 4 star review as the customers are rude and seem entitled. In my experience, I had not one but two different people open their car door into mine in the lot while I was sitting there in it before leaving for 10 minutes. One even tried to say I was over the line and I was like really you're going to make me get out and look and see that I'm definitely an inch within my parking space?... I did and was definitely fully in my spot with wiggle room. People just can't own up to their mistakes and for it to happen twice within 10 minutes is absurd. Not to mention my car was parked there first. If you can't get out of your car properly when someone is clearly parked fully in their spot, Maybe don't park so close to them or not at all. Hitting people's property is a big no for me. Just really disappointed in the customer vibes at this location, not the work ethics. A reason to consider not returning to this location.. I just want people be aware that people do not care about your vehicles in this lot. The audacity of some people, Just sucks when they taint good customer service. This would have been a five star review otherwise. Sorry, Just felt like I couldn't say nothing.

Bought a $400 jacket and was told it's one of the warmest jackets I could buy. A few days later, it was 35 degrees and I was freezing. I went to the official, independent store of the brand and they told me I was outright lied to about the utility of the jacket and that I'd need a totally different jacket to fight the cold on those nights. So I went back to REI to return it, and was first told I couldn't return it because there was fuzz on the outside of the jacket (this jacket also has a major design flaw and leaks fuzz everywhere). It took 10 minutes of debating with the lady at the counter on whether or not my return would be honored. I strongly advise against signing up for the "co-op" membership. It will cost you nothing but time and money going back and forth. Go directly to the brand, get the real product info directly from the source.

Love that store! Sales people were so friendly and helpful even though store was quite busy. Even checkout went pretty quickly. Had lots of registers open. Good sales on items and quality equipment.

Coupons, emails, membership, signs with discounts everywhere... Then, a long line, only to have a disinterested kid at checkout tell me no deals, no discounts. I'll probably bring everything back but I didn't want to make the long line of people wait while I tried to figure it out. Not a good experience.
