  Amazing customer service in the snowboard boots department from Jason! He was so patient with helping my husband find just the right fit and boot. My husband is an advanced, more aggressive snowboarder who is very picky about his shoes. Lol. Jason was incredibly knowledgeable, experienced, friendly, and helpful. We were there on both Friday afternoon and Saturday morning. This is the level of customer service that will make us return customers. In fact, we will probably just drive up to the Boulder location, which is not the closest location for us, to make our next ski & snowboard purchases from Jason!

  I came into Epic with a missing strap on my snowboard bindings, looking for a replacement part. Jason got me set up in just a few minutes with some spare junk parts. He was an absolute pleasure! It took just a few minutes and he was super pleasant to chat with. So knowledgeable and friendly, he really came in clutch! Ready to get back on the slopes without having to over pay for some overpriced replacement part!

  Absolutely unacceptable experience. The rental company never disclosed that the snowboard they gave me had already been in use for five years. I rode it under normal conditions for two full days with zero issues. Only after I was completely done snowboarding did I notice that the front edge was cracked. Despite this clearly being wear and tear from an old board, they still charged me $194, claiming the board was “no longer usable.” After forcing me to pay in full, they offered no explanation, no apology, and zero goodwill. This is a blatant attempt to shift responsibility onto the customer for their poorly maintained, outdated equipment. The way this business treats customers is disgraceful. I feel completely taken advantage of, and I will never rent from this company again. I strongly recommend others stay far away

  Zach was super welcoming and great to work with. He clearly knows ski boot fitting inside and out. He took the time to understand which brands of boots might work well for me, had me try on half a dozen, explained in detail what “right” should feel like, to make sure the boots would be comfortable and ski well. Found me the perfect pair of boots. Great guy, represented the store as if he was the owner.
