I was in that situation for far too long, and just happened to walk into Beaver Creek Sports at the Main Village. I was introduced to Alex Dow (boot fitting expert, etc.). He immediately assessed the issue I was having and fixed it right there on the spot! I was amazed and so incredibly happy!!! He is so knowledgeable about ski equipment, as well as skiing, and we had a wonderful conversation, while he took care of my issue!!!! I was thinking I might have to buy a new set of boots, but no, Alex fixed my problem and I walked out the happiest girl in Beaver Creek that day!!! Thank you Alex and Beaver Creek Sports! I will be back when I need new equipment, for sure!
