They will also provide access to an Epic service desk, which will sell and reprint Epic Pass products as well as lift tickets, ski school lessons and Epic Discovery passes.

Robbie helped me and took care of a couple minor issues in less than 5 minutes. He also didn’t charge me since it was an easy fix for him and I’d been a previous customer. I was expecting $100 and waiting a week, so I was very appreciative of his service and kindness.

I initially purchased a pair through their performance guarantee program, but after getting on the mountain I realized I was still having issues. When I came back, they took the time to reassess everything and helped me understand that I likely needed additional work and potentially a different boot altogether. Even though some time had passed, the store fully honored their satisfaction guarantee and offered store credit so I can come back when inventory is broader. That level of customer commitment is rare. Huge shoutout to Evan, the Assistant General Manager, for being incredibly thoughtful and customer focused while helping me navigate the process. Also to Jeremy and Roddy, two outstanding boot fitters who were patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to educate me on sizing, fit, and why certain boots make sense for my needs. I have not found the perfect boot yet, but I am confident this is the team that will get me there. Looking forward to finishing the process and ending up with a comfortable, dialed in setup that could very well be my last pair of boots. Appreciate all the help.
