  I booked a lane on a Saturday morning for later in the day at 1pm for my 9 year old son and I. We arrived and bowled and the experience was what you would expect. The server was attentive, bowling was good, and the food was fine. What really really set things over the top was toward the end of our 2 hour bowling time Angel, one of the managers, came to our lane with 2 complimentary cookies as well as a thank you card that included a $5 gift certificate for next time as well as 2 arcade cards for some free play after we bowled just for booking a res and bowling and hanging out. In a world where anywhere you go you are treated as a dollar sign and a number and not a human and a customer this is something I was truly impressed by. I would recommend this place over and over to anyone who would listen. There is something to be said about going completely over the top and this was it.

  This was an amazing thing to do with the kiddos. We just left and we had so much fun and we even won a gift card! The ONLY complaint I have is the prices. Today we got to play with the arcade games for free with a 10 dollar card but the games are so much, you only get 3 games in. We bowled for free too but only one game and couldnt pay for more until after the event. The food was good but expensive. But yeah if you have the money, this is the best place ive ever bowled at

  We attended the family fun fest today. Had a great time & plan on returning! Thanks so much Ben, you're the best! He was able to assist me with a gift card issue when I thought I was S.O.L..🤦🏽‍♀️😂😂. I'm cheap, so the event menu was right up my alley & included an arcade card, .. this event was better than I expected! Smooth from beginning to end! Good job y'all!!

  This place is overpriced and the service is terrible. We’ve been here twice and for four people to bowl ONE GAME ,a basket of fries, two milkshakes and one alcoholic beverage, we spent over $200. The service was terrible. Our fries were cold and when we told the girl she just said it was the kitchens fault despite us seeing her standing around talking to coworkers majority of the time. Then we decided to give this place another try with an event we saw on fb. The event was a complete waste of time!! Don’t ever come to one of their promo days because you will spend three hours of your day packed into lucky strike, with music blaring, and the heat on full blast. The rude girl at the front of the event said you need to sign in the waitlist and I stated that I had gotten the tickets that fb said this event required and she snapped that it didn’t matter and to join the waitlist. So we joined the waitlist. Waited around until 3 when they said the event was over and they were no longer offering free bowling as promised on their event promo. They gave us these LAME coupons to compensate for our wasted time that is one free game of bowling per purchased game. We will never return to this place again. Horrible service and overpriced for a below mediocre service
