  Poor Service - After placing our drink orders, we had to ask multiple times for the youngest to get their apple juice. We ordered the sampler appetizer and told was told it was queso not mustard. It was mustard . We then again had to ask multiple times for the queso. We then finally checked out but decided to bowl another round. No one came back to check on us after this or our drinks, but the busser attempted to clean up our area before we were gone. We informed him we were not done, he said okay and walked away. Which I get to a certain extent but maybe we decided to have dessert or something but never saw our sever. At checkout from bowling, we were informed that there was a shift change and our server left but we should still have gotten service by the server that took over. We weren’t looking to get anything taken off of our bill, but after being there for an hour with nothing it was disappointing that all the was said “we will talk to them, thanks for telling us” After this ordeal we have decided to return. Hopefully this will get some of the servers retrained or save someone else the hassle of no service

  I don't think this place will make it at this location. A family of 4 to bowl for 2 hours costs $130. That's more than a full day at the zoo or a nice museum. And their bowling pins are like duck bowling so on strings. There were many times where the pins obviously were on their side, but would bounce back up. If you want to try it out, get the GROUPON. But, make sure you explain at che k in that this is already paid for. The young cashiers dont understand how groupon works. I don't blame them, its been around longer than them haha. The arcade is even more outrageous. STAY AWAY. One game is $2-6. $30 for 10 min of play. Again, families in this area can't afford that, but aren't stupid enough to fall for it either.

  I recently went to this location for my child's birthday. Upon arrival I was greeted with happy smiles at the front desk and then we were escorted to my party. It was set up beautifully and the staff and the servers were fantastic. Even the general manager I believe his name was Matt came up to me several times throughout the party and made sure we were doing great making sure we had our foods and drinks and everything was going fantastic. It was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend from parties to jazz small occasions. This is the place to go with the friendly staff and fast service.

  We celebrated my son's 10th birthday at Lucky Strike in Southlands on February 16, 2026, and it was amazing. They made our experience unforgettable. Everyone was friendly and helpful. A big thank you to Maddie, Angel, Drew, and Matt! They were always nearby, ready to help with all our needs!

  I booked a lane on a Saturday morning for later in the day at 1pm for my 9 year old son and I. We arrived and bowled and the experience was what you would expect. The server was attentive, bowling was good, and the food was fine. What really really set things over the top was toward the end of our 2 hour bowling time Angel, one of the managers, came to our lane with 2 complimentary cookies as well as a thank you card that included a $5 gift certificate for next time as well as 2 arcade cards for some free play after we bowled just for booking a res and bowling and hanging out. In a world where anywhere you go you are treated as a dollar sign and a number and not a human and a customer this is something I was truly impressed by. I would recommend this place over and over to anyone who would listen. There is something to be said about going completely over the top and this was it.
