  Blake was amazing! We come here to rent our skiing gear, but we stopped in to look at bikes this time and Blake was so kind and informative, I’m more of a beginner biking and was not totally sure what I was looking for, he got me set up with a perfect bike that is comfortable & I feel safe riding! The next day we came back to get my husband a bike, he is a strong rider so it was not a matter of working out what he wanted, but when there was not the right size bike up front Blake took the time to build it for us. He had it done within a couple hours so we were able to come back same day. We highly recommend this store in general and specifically the laid back friendly biker himself, Blake!

  Been having issues with my feet hurting while snow boarding. Jarel in the board section helped me get fitted in the perfect boot. He took 45 minutes to explain all the differences and was very knowledgeable. If you have any snowboarding needs go in and ask for him. Great experience and can’t wait to go back.

  We go to another location but the board I want don’t have my size so we got referring to this location. When we arrive is already 6:50pm and the stuff they still help us to find the board and make the purchase quickly. Jarel who is in the snowboard area even change the bindings from my old board to the new one within 3 mins, thanks for all your help😉 Thanks for your help!

  Epic Mountain Gear in Aurora deserves no stars if that was possible. Brought my girlfriend in here before heading up to the mountain to buy some ski boots; Joe took the liberty of getting her fitted but instead resorted to fondling and caressing her feet after removing her socks for her. Never in a thousand years did I expect to have my girlfriend disrespected in such a manner while just trying to buy a pair of boots. After this, Joe became combative with my father over trying to sell him a pair of socks that he already had. Joe will make comments under his breath and belittle customers just to make a sale. I informed 2 managers of this experience but neither seemed bothered, in fact when I informed them of the foot fetish tendencies with Joe, they simply responded “okay, so what would you like me to do”. I have been at other epic stores and feel that this Aurora location is not representative of the brand. I’ve never had such a poor experience at an Epic Mountain Gear location as I have at this one.

  If you want to feel bad and discouraged than go here. They were unhelpful, patronizing, rude and did not want to help you get the right equipment.
