Evan and Payton went out of their way to be helpful, and Roddy has been fitting equipment for my kids for last few ski seasons. We've always been happy with his recommendations and genuine efforts to get us the exact right product at the best available price. The costumer service and product selection at this location consistently meets or exceeds expectations and it's now the first place I usually look when shopping for ski equipment. I've also found plenty of outerwear and accessories like goggles and helmets at good prices during their fall sales.

I went to the Westminster store and found a clearance jacket that I liked, but it was not the right size. The staff member said that they had my size available in the Aurora store if you could find it. I went down there to see if I could find it on the retail floor, but could not find it. Blake, the cashier behind the counter, said he would take a look in the warehouse. Little did he know that I already had asked 2 other employees to look, but I could tell that they were somewhat lackadaisacal. I could tell he was going to be more thorough because he offered to look for it. He came back in less than 5 minutes with two jackets. He made my holiday and I appreciate his great service. Thank you Blake!

My husband and I used to love going here for rentals and snow gear, but recently we’ve noticed a shift in their costumer service. It’s not as attentive as it used to be. We went in the other day to hopefully purchase my husbands first snowboard set up, was not greeted or acknowledged at all. We hoped to interact with the workers for guidance and help but instead after waiting around 30 minutes for at least 1 of the 2 workers in the area (both attending to 1 customer by the way) to give us any kind of acknowledgment. We left empty handed and decided to go to a different establishment to purchase what we needed.
