I wanted to order a chicken quesadilla and was told “We’re out of that”. What? So, I ordered boneless wings and fries which were never brought to my lane after over 30 mins of waiting. I finally asked where my order was, and when they gave it to me, it was cold. I asked for it to be prepared again, and only the fries were hot. I eventually was brought an order of hot chicken. One of my teammates finally went to get his beer from the bar after waiting a long time for it. What happened to delivery of food and drinks? Also, lane equipment breakdowns are frequent. What is Bowlero doing to address these issues? You’ve cut staff and raised prices, yet you want more customers. Bad service isn’t the way to keep people coming through the door. These problems have been going on for a long time.
