John, Linda and Connor were able to get me up and running with an astonishing 1 hour repair. I was amazed at their knowledge and professionalism. She very patiently answered all my questions and helped me pick the perfect bike and rack for me. John then took over and showed me the secrets to installing the rack and getting the bike on it. I can't say enough about how positive this experience was for me.
