  Honestly, we felt really rushed to leave as it got close to closing time. We definitely would’ve been out earlier if our bowling lane had actually worked properly. We waited about 40+ minutes for it to start working, even after letting an associate know. Every time we tried to bowl a round, the pins wouldn’t load, which kept delaying us. On top of that, workers were standing around our lane waiting for us to leave, which felt uncomfortable. Waiting on the lanes to even work is what caused the delay not us taking our time. It was frustrating dealing with technical issues and then feeling hurried out when it wasn’t our fault. Just wish the situation and service had been handled better.

  RSVP'd to go for free on opening day, and was turned away. Extremely frustrating and does *not* make me want to return. I even showed up at 1:30, which wqs within the 12-3 time frame. Wasn't told to wait, or anything. Just told I'd have to come back later and pay.

  Your server James is great always makes sure we’re taken care of and always checks in, if there’s a problem with the lane and we let him know he’s on it right away ive had instances in other sections with other servers I wasn’t taken care of as much, once I know I’m in James section I know we’re gonna be take care of.

  Raw wings + they let others party’s keep playing to finish their game even though they shut our lane down after I told the staff why is it that other can keep playing their game while our gets shut down their response was they system takes a while while ours was the only lane close what a coincidence after we complained about their raw wings lol they don’t care about customers because I had to bring it once again about the raw wing then he decided to talk to the manger why not the first time if they don’t care about raw items what else can they care less about. Don’t plan on coming back to this filth

  I ordered wings and the wings were raw! The crazy part is that the worker wasn’t gonna do anything about it when I mentioned it to him all he did was apologize which I get it’s not his fault as he didn’t cook the wings but he said he was gonna tell the manager, he then comes back and totally disregarded that I told him about the uncooked wing, he then brings the tab and I see nothing was done about the wings. It wasn’t until my boyfriend mentioned the raw wing again and that’s when they discounted it . This is not okay this is so disgusting i guess they are ok with serving raw food
