  Jerry went above and beyond to get my bike back into shape after it had been severely compromised from falling over behind my RV. It was drug along and he saved it. Thanks to Sue as well. Great folks to work with at Pedego Upland. Thank you. Kurt.

  They'll sell you it alright 4000 dollarsbto be exact but that follow up free tune up and customer service is lacking. The customers always right but the family is never wrong type here. Waited an extra day for no reason to get my tire fixed even the old timer said " you ant fixing that today " .... then I bring it in for a tune up comes back dirty ......gears not even touched chain still coming off .. that I specifically brought up .... he was to busy selling a new bike. Free tune up. The parents are nice enough the kids not so much. I called them they had time to fix this before I posted it.

  Recently, I purchased a used (from private party) —like new—PEDEGO bike with less than 50 miles on it. My boyfriend is very caring and meticulous, and he adjusted the derailleur to fix the issue of the chain falling off whenever we shifted out of second gear—the only gear that was working. Still, because he wanted to make absolutely sure the bike was safe for me, we decided to take it to PEDEGO ELECTRIC BIKES UPLAND. That’s where we met the owner, Jerry—an incredibly friendly and helpful guy. I mentioned to him that whenever I rode my bike, I felt like my legs couldn’t fully extend on the downward cycle. It felt as if I was pedaling with my knees bent at 90 degrees. Without hesitation, Jerry grabbed one of his bikes, told me to get mine, and brought us out back for a quick riding lesson! So there I was, a grown woman, suddenly learning how to ride my bike from a complete stranger—and loving every second of it. By riding alongside me and explaining what to do, Jerry showed me how to properly extend my leg on each downward stroke. The difference was immediate. I felt so much more comfortable and confident. I honestly couldn’t believe it: at my age, I was learning a totally new way to ride a bike. Jerry was patient, attentive, and made sure I really understood the right technique. This small lesson taught me more than just bike posture—it showed me how genuinely caring and patient he is. After the lesson, Jerry did a full inspection of my bike and made several adjustments. While he worked, he answered all of our questions. We also got to know him a bit, and he treated us like old friends. In fact, he even had a few of his buddies hanging out at the shop, just chatting and enjoying the day. The whole atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. His shop has an amazing inventory, and we ended up buying several accessories for my bike. I even returned the very next day to pick up a few more items! All in all, our experience at Pedego Electric Bikes Upland was outstanding. Jerry gave us exceptional service, offered fair prices, and showed deep knowledge and genuine friendliness. He treated us like friends, not just customers. From now on, his shop will be our go-to place for all our biking needs. Kudos to you, Jerry!
