The store has a spacious, open design that makes it easy to move through and compare gear without feeling crowded. The layout is clean and well organized. The staff has been highly attentive and helpful, which makes a big difference when you’re looking at equipment that actually needs to perform in real conditions. They had a good late-season selection of skis and snowboards, along with a strong range of camping gear. It’s a well-rounded inventory that supports both seasonal and year-round outdoor needs. I’ve purchased gear here over the years, and it’s consistently been a reliable stop. Overall it’s a well-run REI with great staff, a solid selection, and a comfortable shopping experience.

EVERYTHING is overpriced and they're real pushy about their membership. I had to say 'no' three times before the checkout person would even let me pay and leave. Management if you read this, train your staff better. No one should have to say no more than once.
