It was a great time for taking our kids bowling for their very first time. We could easily set up bumpers and they had the ramp that they could roll the ball down. We did have a bit of a week, however, we just hopped over to Bar Louie to grab dinner while we had to wait.

It is very big with 30 lanes and various options for food, snacks and drinks. We enjoyed a lot and I highly recommend it.

We paid specifically to play those games, but the supervisor refused a refund and insisted it could only be store credit, which made no sense since the games we wanted were not working. After a long back-and-forth and wasted time, we finally received a refund. Very poor experience — don’t waste your money here.

From the moment we arrived, she was warm, attentive, and committed to ensuring we had a fantastic time. Despite how busy the venue was, Ashley consistently checked in on us keeping our drinks topped off, making sure we were well fed, and ensuring the bowling experience stayed fun and stress free. She even surprised us with a delicious dessert recommendation to end the night on a high note. What really stood out was the way she balanced everything effortlessly. Even with a packed house, Ashley went above and beyond not only for our group, but for the guests around us as well. Thank you, Ashley, for your outstanding customer service and for making our team event truly memorable. It’s leaders like you who make all the difference.

Now I’m giving one star because we came for the unlimited bowling but this guy left the open tab. When I went to verify that info he said I did an open tab and yet you’re leaving now so you’re not staying longer so it’s cheaper and I said yes we are leaving because you’re charging per game not the unlimited one. This guy just kept saying that we had to ask for it before we started playing and we did he just didn’t apply it. He ignored that
