What a wonderful and no hassle experience. Joseph, in particular, was lovely. He was uncommonly patient and kind.

go early to avoid long wait. even though I booked & paid for reservation in advance (snowboard only, no helmet nor boots - pretty minimal right?), still had to wait in queue. went around 930am, waited for just under an hour. Juanita offered to help me; she was very nice & kind, apologizing for the long wait. However other triaging staff dissented, advising that I had to still wait in queue. received board rental but no one took the time to fit me so bindings ended up being way too loose for my boots. Went back & got properly fitted. Overall, the fitting staff were working as efficiently as possible but I think operations need to be optimized so that renters who’ve already reserved & paid in advance would not need to wait in queue, thus overall reducing the bottleneck & enhancing the experience.
Joseph, Alex and everyone are so attentive and willing to help here. Fast service, was recognized very quickly when we walked in. Very convenient when staying at the Ritz.
The staff at this location are super helpful and friendly! Thanks for helping our family get geared up!
