- MPMarcel PrasetyaDec 30, 20251.0If you want to a very poor customer service, steep price, mediocre ski/board tuning job, then go to True North. Otherwise, go to Burton, Showcase, or other places off the Village of Northstar. True North is also very unacommodating for Northstar Teams athletes, which we've been a part of since 2019. Team kids start going up to the mountain at 8:15am but the store is not open until 8:30am. My son came at 8:15am to pick up the board from the rack, only to be rudely turned away by their rude employee named Xavier. The boards were already on the rack, the door was open, and he didn't even need any assistance from the employee, since everything has been paid for, and there's no checkout process involved. My son ended up waiting and being late to their training. Now on to the tune itself, the edges were not as sharp, and the wax was mediocre. If you want a solid shop work, go to Totally Board or Start Haus. Overall, a very poor experience. Never coming back.
