  Extremely disappointed with the service here. After putting my information in, I was given a wait time but received no greeting, no acknowledgment, and no “thank you” throughout the process. When I returned my ski equipment, the employee briefly asked how it was, then immediately turned to another customer mid-conversation. I had to interrupt just to get my own shoes back. To make matters worse, they ran out of ski poles, and an employee actually suggested I “steal one from someone else.” I ended up having to go to another location to find what I needed. For premium prices, this was by far the worst service I’ve experienced. I’ve skied at many mountains, and the lack of professionalism and basic customer service here was shocking. Go elsewhere.

  Completely overpriced for the bad quality. The board was nice, the boots were bad (the exact same as the ones rented out at the “average” store) and the bindings were horrible and might have qualified as demo 10 years ago!

  Fun Summer Mountain Biking Lessons with Awesome Coaches John & Eric - Great for Families! Northstar Performance Demo is an awesome bike shop! They have top quality mountain bikes, and their skilled technicians examined and adjusted each bike per rider. Their staff members patiently fitted us with our helmets and protective gear, equipping us for the safest ride possible. Affiliated Northstar California Mountain Bike Park offers excitement and fun for mountain bikers of all levels, from beginner to advanced, with a wide variety of trails to keep things both interesting and challenging. The resort offers biking lessons, and the group lessons are especially helpful for families wanting to learn some basic skills and gain confidence, in order to better enjoy their day on the mountain. The private lessons are well worth the money for families through advanced riders, and coaches Jon & Eric rock! They both have years of experience, can definitely help you skill up, and are personable and fun to hang with. For families, these fantastic coaches can turn a nice visit into an awesome day of adventures! With private lessons, riders of different skill levels can be accommodated, so that each biker is able to learn and progress. Thanks to their great coaching, we had family members learn enough to hit intermediate trails on Day 1! The other advantage of private lessons was that the kids/teens had a coach to accompany them since none of the adults could keep up! Parents will appreciate that they can watch and build trust in their coach during the first hour or so and then feel good about bowing out for libations, confident that their kids are riding the more challenging trails with a responsible, biking-experienced adult. Book a mountain biking lesson with Coach Jon or Coach Eric the next time you're at Northstar California Mountain Bike Park! You'll be glad you did!!

  Was trying my luck there to see if they can help fix my ski. Berkeley, Zach and Kai were super friendly and trying all kinds of ways to help. I have no doubt they will take good care of anyone who go for a demo
