Tucker went above and beyond to help us find the right bikes. He took plenty of time with us, let us ride multiple models, and explained everything clearly. We never felt like we were being “sold” anything—he even recommended a less expensive bike that fit our needs better. What impressed us most was his honesty and genuine care. Instead of pushing upgrades, he told us to try the standard seat for a few days first. When he didn’t have a helmet in stock, he suggested we just order it online rather than waiting weeks for him to get it in. That kind of honesty is rare, and it really shows the character of a family-run business. We ended up buying two bikes and a great bike rack for our truck, and we couldn’t be happier. If you’re looking for an e-bike, I highly recommend Pedego Temecula—ask for Tucker!

Tucker is the best mechanic and is service is all ways top of the line he dosent cut corners and prioritizes the safety of his clients! I’ve been in some tough places in my life and Tucker and pedego have always been there to help. There pricing is amazing and the value of the work is incomparable to other shops. I highly recommend anyone with a bike or e-bike to visit pedego first before any other shop in the area!
