  Best snowboard shop in South Lake. Extremely knowledgable and friendly staff. Garrett gave me a perfect run down of what type of board would work best for me & Nathan gave a true showing of the culture of snowboarding…. Felt like these guys truly cared about the experience I was going have on the mountain. I always love stopping in this shop.

  I received exceptional service today from Jacob. I had a board delivered and the boots didn’t make it in time. Jacob got me set up with bindings and boots quickly. He was extremely nice and friendly and made the whole process smooth and efficient. Excellent service and really nice guy

  My snowboard binding broke right after I got off the gondola on the first day, just as I was about to start riding. I thought my trip was ruined. Later I stopped by Showcase and Paula fixed it in about 10 minutes and wouldn’t even charge me. The next day, a different part of my binding broke again. I went straight back to Showcase. The store was busy, but Garret and Terrance were helping everyone nonstop. I thought I would have to spend $300 to $400 on a new binding, but Terrance found the right strap and replaced it for $32. They saved my trip twice. Really appreciate their expertise and great customer service.

  My new Jones FASE binding is missing a screw on the toe strap. I walked into Showcase and hoped they would have the screw I needed. However, given it’s a new model coming up this year, I didn’t have a high expectation. Despite not having the exact part I needed, Garrett was extremely patient and looked into every toolbox he had and eventually found one that worked on my binding. This was just the second day of a seven-day trip and Garrett and Showcase definitely saved my rest of days of this trip. I highly recommend this place.

  Brought in a board where the straps were failing on me. It was an old Burton channel system where no bindings would fit. Garret is a snowboard whisperer and helped me piece my bindings together to get me back on the mountain. Cassie happily helped me with all the transactions and returns and made everything smooth. They helped with exceptional service and glad I chose Showcase for repair.
