I have been to ski shops all over the country, and have never encountered someone as helpful as him. Someone in our group got injured while skiing, and Alex went above and beyond to make sure the rest of our group felt safe and comfortable getting back out on the mountain. He was both patient and informative. I can't recommend him and this ski shop enough!
