  Richard is an easy 5 stars from start to finish. He greeted us right away, was super friendly, and actually took the time to ask questions instead of just throwing random gear at us. You could tell he really wanted to understand what we were doing on the mountain, our experience level, and what would actually make the day more fun and comfortable. ​ What stood out most was how he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. He walked us through different options, explained the pros and cons in normal, non-salesy language, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. By the time we left, everything fit perfectly, we felt confident with what we got, and the whole experience was way smoother than any ski shop visit we’ve had before. ​ If you get the chance, definitely ask for Richard. He turned what’s usually a stressful process into something easy and actually enjoyable, and that kind of service is rare.

  Adjusted my bindings for free, on the spot, as a walk in, a year later, to fit boots that I’d bought elsewhere. A year ago, I’d bought the skis I’d rented from them because it turns out that they knew what I wanted better than I did. I mean, come on, really, where can you get service like this?
