  Alli and Emily are the best! Super helpful and went the extra mile to fix a boot problem that no other ski shop had been able to fix :)

  Benjamin was amazing with helping me solve the issue with numbness in my toes. He got me set up with a new pair of boots that are wider in the front that are night and day difference!

  Here is a thing that happened to me today: Three years ago, I bought ski boots. Two months ago, I started martial arts. Today, I learned that I now have calf muscles and aforementioned ski boots no longer fit me. By the time I figured this out, the boots were on me and fully stuck, and I completely and totally panicked. I did what felt like the most logical thing, and I ran down to where they sell boots, and a lovely woman named Emily G. pulled them off of me, and then proceeded to talk me through my panic attack and brought me tissues. She let me stay down there until I returned to my normal self and then I ran off and had a great day on the slopes. Her help was exactly what I needed in the moment and I was so glad she was there.

  Emily at the store is always helpful and amazing. The service is so friendly and the prices are pretty reasonable considering it’s mountainside highly recommend if you like us often randomly forget things.
