We hadn't really used ebikes before, but the staff was super helpful and patient giving us a tutorial in the parking lot, making sure we all felt comfortable on the bikes. Also gave us a great path suggestion up the coast with nice landmarks to check out. We rented for 2 hours, which was just about right for us. Loved it so much!
