- CCChris3 days ago5.0This was our third stop for looking and learning about ebikes. We should have gone here first. We would have saved a few hours. We walked in and met someone behind the counter who started asking questions. We explained what we thought we knew. He commenced to explain what we really needed to know. We learned a LOT! Very impressive!! Then he rolled out 4 different manufacturers ebikes, set each up, and let us ride and learn. WOW! WHAT BETTER WAY TO DETERMINE WHAT WE LIKE!!!!! Armed with knowledge and now-experience. We bought 2 bikes and are ecstatic! We cannot thank him enough. We bought what works for us!!! Thank you Greg and staff. We had fun.

Today’s encounter there took the cake. Walked in wanted to buy a simple mirror for my ebike easy purchase. I walked in and the door loudly slammed shut behind me, out of the four employees there that heard it no one looked up from their devices or even offered a “hello”. Finally, the lady at the register finally looked up when I said “HELLO EVERYBODY” and made it seem like it was an inconvenience for me to be there. Secondly: she tried ringing me up for the mirror and couldn’t figure out the pos machine for ten minutes. It was annoying and simply embarrassing. I won’t be going back ( not that they’ll care) and I’ll make sure mission trails bicycle shop gets mine and my friends business from now on. Step it up santee. Oh yeah and no mirror

No pressure allowed us to take multiple bikes out for rides to figure what we liked. Took their time going through the bikes and fitting us properly. Highly recommend them.

Garrison was a pleasure to work with and clearly loves what he does for a living. I’ll definitely be back! Kinda waiting for something to break just so I can give them another visit lol.
