I had conducted extensive research prior to my visit and had identified a specific bike online. The associate who assisted me promptly located it and presented it to me. They were able to answer all of my questions, and once the purchase was finalized, the technician installed and performed a quick tune-up of the components. He kindly assisted me with loading it into my car and was exceptionally friendly. He also patiently demonstrated how to troubleshoot at home. The service was excellent.
