The staff member working with the incompetent employee didn't even step in to help her when she kept making mistake after mistake. I was so frustrated by the time she finished that I went to Big 5 for what I needed instead. It's a shame because I was helped by Bobby the previous day and he was amazing. I won't be returning after my experience.
