  Went for a birthday party but it's a cool place for family and friends to have fun, food and drinks readily available and it's inside a wonderful shopping mall.

  I love this location even though I have a location near my home. That’s a great location as well across from Oakridge, but the Valley Fair location is my faveeeee. We celebrated my daughter’s sweet 16 there!! We had an amazing time!! The food was awesome, like I forget how tasty to food is here and well worth it with the premium package!! I would like to say thanks so much Yeldon our party host who was absolutely on it & AMAZING!! He literally went above & beyond!! Nikki assisted me at the bar and she is literally my favorite bar tender, she is so down to earth and attentive even when busy!! Thank you guys so much for an awesome time!! And thanks Angelique for assisting me with booking! We had a great time!! I didn’t get any pictures but I’m trying to enjoy my atmosphere and time! My daughter, her friends and my family had a GREAT TIME! Best bowling alley/arcade in the Bay!

  It was awesome! We had our daughter's birthday party here back in December and it was an amazing choice. The whole staff was very pleasant and personable. Our party host, Xander was wonderful and attentive. The Manager, Justin, came by a few times to check in on us as well. Super nice. The food was surprisingly good. We had the birthday package deal that came with yummy chicken tenders, cheese pizza, french fries, and fountain drinks. We brought our own plain cupcakes for the birthday but Xander took it up a notch and adorned it with sprinkles and a sparkler for an unforgettable finish! Thank you to the staff, Justin and Xander for making our daughter's birthday party easy and FAN-tastic! We will definitely be back for more than just birthdays :).

  Mixing arcade games and bowling feels like a straightforward good time and we think Bowlero is right up that alley (pun intended). This Bowlero is definitely smaller than other ones we’ve seen and it feels like the arcade takes up 70% of the space, which was fine because we only went for the arcade games anyways. It wouldn’t be too noticeable but with kids running around in between narrow rows of games, it adds up. They do offer food there, and of course bowling, so there’s something for everyone. The games range from punching bags to air hockey top racing. There’s a decent amount of diversity but not as much as a typical arcade. The only downsides we can really say about this place is that it does feel small and sort of stuck between wanting to be a bowling alley and an arcade, which obviously is their goal, but it doesn’t pull it off as well as it could. This, coupled with workers who don’t seem to care all that much for being there, solidifies it as a good, but not great option. It’s a good place to kill an hour or two of your time in a mall, but if you’re going to strictly bowl or strictly game then there’s probably better out there.
