What really set them apart was the staff’s local knowledge; they pointed me toward the best trails for my skill level and gave me a solid recommendation for a local eatery that hit the spot. They even helped me mount my phone to the handlebars so I wouldn’t get lost. It wasn't just a transaction; it was a great human experience. 10/10 service!

But what really separates the Trek San Marcos location from all the rest is the entire service dept. especially their manager Kelcey... she's the best! Her team has saved me multiple times already and I don't even think she likes me but she still keeps on fixing.. THANX AGAIN!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

My son was picking out his first bike and Ricardo was great with him and made my son feel super welcomed and heard. We bought two matching Treks and we can’t wait to use them.
