  Got a hotwax and “major” (major is so dramatic) snowboard repair done recently and would not recommend using this location for snowboards and ski service. Dropped my board off on a Thursday, they said it would be ready Saturday. Didn’t hear anything from them Saturday, so called sunday where an associate assured me the board would be worked on that day and be ready for pickup by EOD or the next day. They continued to tell me the same thing, each day, until Wednesday the following week where I called in the afternoon and was told my board was ready. Which i still had to call in myself to ask if the board was ready, they didn’t inform me of pickup. They never called me to let me know it was ready. On top of all of that i think the quality of work on my board was pretty mediocre. Edit: there was also a promotion running for 1/2 off hot waxes, that the initial associate did not apply to my purchase. I saw the sign and had to ask them to apply to my order when I picked up.

  Very disappointed with the service. The sales never came to ask for help. When she go out never expressed she is sorry, only ask me got out of their repair room when I asked for help.They have 3 people in that room and no one outside to serve customers.

  Ran into an issue with an online order shipped from a separate store and called my local shop for help. Mark here was incredibly helpful and informative, quickly figured out what was going on with my issue (product shipped from a separate store since it was not in stock at the warehouse) and lined me up to get the various issues solved in-person. Couldn’t be happier with his help and the staff down at Saratoga.

  did not honor what I understand to be a one year return policy. refused my return which was well within this window. have never experienced disappointing customer service like this at REI before :( feels like they are turning into just another department store which is super disappointing.
