Went there twice and it was closed for a private party both times mid week. Nowhere on the website indicated that the place wasn’t open for the public

Groupon got us here and I'm glad it did. We used the arcade and it had enough to keep the kiddo busy for a while. Very friendly and helpful staff. Super clean establishment.

We placed an order for classic buffalo wings and never received them. Over the course of an hour, we checked in with staff multiple times, and they reassured us that they were working on our order. After an hour, we asked one more time, and they claimed they never received our order, contradicting what they said previously, and despite us having prepaid for the food. When we requested a refund, they said they couldn't provide one but that they'd have to email "the sales department" to get a refund issued. This is despite the fact that our friend was issued a refund in the spot after their food was delivered to the wrong lane. Absolutely horrible service.

We went for the unlimited bowling holiday deal from 11-4pm. We arrived at 1:30pm expecting to bowl until 4pm until they told us we would have to stop at 3pm because they have a party at 4. This defeated the purpose of the deal which was very upsetting considering the price of the bowling.
Regarding the actually bowling alley:
- Balls & lanes were not oiled
- The couch had a nail poking out that was dangerous

My review is only catering to the arcade. I came here because I wanted to see what arcade they have and it's extremely limited. They have 2 pairs of racing games and one fighting game. If you came here with one of the arcade bundles you'll be hard pressed to figure out how to use up the credits (although the credits run out fast because everything takes many multiples of credits). It's only ok if the adults in your party wants to have some free time and you give the kiddos say $50 to spend in the arcade and they'll come back in 10 minutes and that'll get very expensive. Parking can also be a pain but luckily you get free street parking on Sundays.
