We celebrated my son’s 9th birthday at Bowlero, and I can honestly say it was one of the best birthday experiences our family has ever had. My son had the time of his life, and every single kid — and honestly every adult too — left smiling, laughing, and talking about how much fun they had. The most incredible part? I booked everything at the very last minute. I was worried it might be stressful or difficult to pull together on short notice, but the General Manager, Melissa, completely saved the day. She was beyond accommodating, incredibly generous with her time, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything came together perfectly. She didn’t just help organize the event — she made the whole celebration come to life. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to make it happen meant the world to us. I’m truly grateful and wish I could leave a thousand — no, a billion — thank-yous and reviews for her. On top of that, the entire staff was phenomenal. Everyone was pleasant, welcoming, and extremely attentive throughout the party. They checked in on us regularly, made sure the kids had what they needed, kept everything running smoothly, and helped create an environment where everyone could just relax and have fun. Because of Melissa and the amazing team, my son got a birthday he will never forget, and as a parent, that means everything. Thank you for making my son’s 9th birthday so special. We will absolutely be back!
