I traveled from NY and they reassembled my bike out of the travel bike box, and meticulously serviced my bike to make sure it is race-ready for Ironman. I was very nervous about potential mechanical failures on the race course and they all took extra care to go over everything with a fine-tooth comb to make sure all was in order. It was such a pleasure to deal with them and they all gave me tremendous confidence in the way they serviced my bike. I'd recommend this store, and the guys who work in the service department, to anyone who is traveling with a bike or needs general bike maintenance.Thank you!!!
