On January 1, we purchased the Holiday Fest package advertised as unlimited bowling and unlimited arcade play from 11 AM to 4 PM for $12.99 (see attached advertisement). The arcade card worked for a couple of hours, then stopped working. We spoke with the manager, Jose, who reloaded the card and it worked again. After another couple of hours, the card stopped working once more. At that point, Jose told us the arcade was limited to two hours and wanted to charge us additional money to continue playing — even though the advertisement clearly states unlimited arcade play from 11–4 with no restrictions disclosed. These limitations were not explained upfront, and management acknowledged the advertising was unclear. I was asked to email so the issue could be forwarded to corporate, but multiple emails to the manager and Bowlero corporate received no response. Because of this experience, I do not recommend trusting Bowlero’s advertising. Make sure all restrictions are clearly explained in writing before purchasing.
- RRRostyJan 13, 20261.0Terrible experience. The scoring system was completely broken. Pins that were clearly knocked down were still shown as standing for the next player. Multiple times I knocked down all 10 pins and the system showed 0 points. Constant glitches made the games unplayable. The bowling balls were covered in grease/oil, making them slippery and very uncomfortable to hold and throw. There was a very limited selection of ball sizes, and most balls were poorly balanced. We paid $150 for 2 lanes for 8 people and played 4 games, which is absolutely not worth the price. Poor maintenance, broken scoring system, and low-quality equipment. Definitely not coming back.
