We played multiple games and had a good time, but I was charged for an extra game that I did not actually play. When I tried to explain the situation, the staff member was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of listening, he immediately accused me of lying and tried to justify the charge without even attempting to resolve it. There was zero effort to help or even speak respectfully. I understand mistakes can happen, but the way it was handled was very unprofessional. Customer service matters, and this was not it. Because of that interaction alone, I would think twice before coming back.
