I took my 9 year old boys today for the first time. The facility is so nice. I was very impressed! The staff were friendly and helpful. We did the pick 3 option but we will absolutely be going again and doing the gold package for 4hrs of fun for my energetic and adventurous boys. They wish they’d gotten to do the Kids Cove so we’ll add that on next time too. Perfect place for them!
I love this place. The staff is great and very supportive. But don’t you dare take your safety gear off when you’re not supposed to and pay attention in the safety class to have a great experience. It was a little difficult to hear and pay attention to the training video while the staff is strapping you in the harness.
I also think the location of the map should be moved closer to the walkway or in the front. I didnt realize it was there until after we left which would have been helpful in choosing which activity to start off at. Definitely going to plan another trip.
We had an amazing experience at Quarry Park Adventures! My family and I did the zip lines and ropes courses, and it was such a fun and memorable day. We brought along a young child under 10, and while she did get a little stuck at one point on the course, the staff stepped in right away and helped her through it. They were incredibly patient, kind, and supportive, which really made us feel comfortable and taken care of.
Overall, the entire team was super friendly and professional, and you can tell they genuinely care about safety and making sure everyone has a great time. Even though I’m not the best trail driver getting there, it was absolutely worth the trip. We’re already planning to come back again soon!

Disappointing Experience – Great Concept, Poor Execution
I was really excited to visit Quarry Park Adventures, especially after seeing everything online. I initially wanted to book the Gold package, but unfortunately it was sold out, as were the next-tier options. We ended up purchasing the “Pick Three” package, hoping we could add activities like rock climbing once we arrived.
Before arriving, I tried calling multiple times to ask questions, but couldn’t get through to anyone.
We arrived at 3:20 PM for our 3:40 PM reservation. When we got there, there were quite a few staff members present, but no one greeted us or acknowledged us. After some time, a young employee came out and explained they were waiting for a manager because they were new and didn’t yet know how to use the system. Totally understandable—it’s summer and people are training—but we ended up waiting about 20 minutes just to get started.
The manager who eventually helped us was doing his best, but it was clear he was overwhelmed and the park was understaffed. Even though the park itself wasn’t busy, wait times were long simply because there weren’t enough staff members available to run the activities.
We were told it was too late to add additional activities, which was really disappointing. I would have happily paid full price to upgrade or extend our experience for the rest of the evening.
As for the “Pick Three” package itself—it was underwhelming. The zip line, rappelling, and free fall were each over in minutes. Most of our time was spent walking between activities rather than actually enjoying them. It didn’t feel like a great value and left us wishing we could repeat activities or do more.
I love adventure parks and have visited places like Xcaret Park and Fuego Adventure Park multiple times, so I had high expectations. Unfortunately, this park felt small and limited, and because we couldn’t access ropes courses or rock climbing, it felt like we missed out on the best parts.
I do have to say it was really nice they had the Tahoe popsicle which are my favorite. And great for a hot day. I enjoyed eating them in the shaded picnic area.
The bathroom unfortunately we’re discussing which I noticed before leaving.
That said, the concept is fantastic and has a lot of potential. With better staffing, improved customer service, more flexibility in packages, and added atmosphere (music, food trucks, maybe even drinks, photo opportunities), this could be a really fun and memorable destination. Also it would bring up profits and sales. I think that this place could be really fun but it’s really lacking.
Right now, though, it just didn’t live up to expectations. Boring and underwhelming.

We had a very disappointing experience at Quarry Park Adventures today.
First, we were charged the full price even though we were told our time would be less than the standard two hours.
The more concerning issue happened in the jump rope play area. My 5-year-old son was trying to get down, but a group of older boys blocked his way. I encouraged my son to politely say “excuse me,” but the boys continued standing in his way, which made him scared and uncomfortable.
When my spouse and I tried to address the situation, the boys yelled something about it being “self-defense,” which felt threatening and escalated the situation unnecessarily. After that, we told our son to stay away from them, but the boys continued antagonizing him.
We ultimately decided to leave early because the environment no longer felt safe for our child. When we spoke with the boys’ parents, they dismissed the situation and said it was “for all kids to play,” but the behavior we witnessed was not play—it was intimidation toward a 5-year-old.
Families should feel safe bringing their children to a place like this. Unfortunately, that was not our experience, and we will not be returning.
