The customer service here is extremely poor. Everyone seemed like they hated their jobs and you were an inconvenience. The pricing for everything is a bit questionable. They charge by game not hour, $100+ for two games? Not including anything else you may want. Will not return

Book a lane in advance. Good spot for the whole family. Decent sized arcade and prize room. Don't be like me and show up day of hoping for a lane.

We made a reservation so we had a lane but it was fairly busy for a weekday. Food was great. Bonus for the arcade too!

Walked in during the early afternoon, looking to bowl. Was told approxinately one hour wait for a lane, and decided to kill the time in the bar area near the pool tables. Proceeded to wait 55 minutes for a pizza and sample platter (which was cold when it was brought out). Food was mediocre at best, while being overpriced. After two hours waiting for a lane, and asking at the desk when we could expect to start playing, was told that any patrons who reserve a lane online and pre-pay will jump the line ahead of us. Total waste of time and money.

Has potential to be a great time but is severely understaffed, which causes lots of problems. Our tablet didn’t work the entire time (was frozen) so we couldn’t adjust our names or settings or anything the entire time. Every time we needed to change something like adding bumpers or changing a player we had to send someone to the front desk to ask for help. It would have been a much better experience if someone had come to troubleshoot our tablet or frequently assist. There was almost no one running food and drink. We were hungry and thirsty almost the entire time until we finally got a hold of someone at the food counter an hour later. We had asked the front desk about ordering food and drink because the QR code is “unstable” and they said they’d send a server over, but no one ever came and the servers working were clearly overwhelmed by all the tables they were working. We just wanted to be able to give our business to them to get some bites and water. Our reservation was for 3:30 but they didn’t give us the lane until about 3:45 because the people in our lane hadn’t finished yet. It’s not the end of the world, but if you reserve a lane for a time slot you should get what you are paying for. There aren’t enough bowling balls to go around. Every lane was packed and clearly competing for bowling balls- the heaviest ball we were able to get was 10 lbs. Most of ours were 6-8 lbs, which definitely affected the games we played. We were hoping to have some standard 12 and 14 lb balls but there were none available. The bathroom was really gross. One stall clogged, the other one was dirty. There was a long line for the one stall because it was the only one working. The sink area was dirty and the trash was overflowing. Clearly the bathroom had not been cleaned or attended to since they had opened in the morning. This probably relates to the understaffing issue, but having a minimally clean bathroom should be available for customers. Overall, the venue has the potential to be great, but it seemed like they were completely unprepared for the volume of people that were being accommodated. The bowing alone was okay, and the venue was nice, but it was completely ruined by the understaffing. We knew it wasn’t anyone working’s fault that they couldn’t help us (everyone was trying their best) but they definitely need more people running the place, more bowling balls, and more people for tech troubleshooting.
