We checked if it’s open online and it is but when we arrived we saw it was closed. We had to wait in the car from 30 to 50 minutes. We walked in and immediate attitude from workers. When we asked why the card scanner for the games weren’t working. The workers are rude and have zero patience with any if the costumers..

I had to go up to the counter to even tell them to send someone over to my lane. Staff was trying their best I mean looked fresh out of high school so I get it. Once I finally did get my food which was about another 35 minutes it was the wrong order which was corrected.... as you may guess .. ANOTHER.... nm im just going to say $130 later...I am never going back I'll take my chances on the rickety local Lanes. I will say the music was good. The bathrooms are clean... um. The shoes fit.... Don't order the platter thingy. Unless you like burnt chicken or incorrect wings you are allergic too. Fun times. Thankfully there's an ER down the street. Happy new year! Oh forgot to mention it was just me and my kiddo. Yet the party in the next Lane had around 5-7 people who ordered the exact same platter and got their service right away and with edible food. Oop. Hope that tip was worth it. I sure as heck didnt leave one. Okay I left like 3. But still
