  By far the WORST bike shop and owner I have ever had to deal with. The owner is rude and as a customer he told me “I am doing you a favor to repair your bike” when I’m a normal paying customer and then proceeded to hang up the phone on my face…twice and left my bike out on the street. DO NOT buy or repair bikes from this shop…trust me on this one.

  Awesome store to go to for Great customer service and Bikes. Im speaking from personal experience. Whenever I had flats to battery problems to anything that gave my bike issues, Lorenzo and the Team was always giving their 100 percent! If you where to go to any other bike store they wouldn't give you the best experience that pedego can give to you. Highly recommend coming here!

  Nightmare of experience with ALLEN the owner. Called to get price for tire change he said $27 per tire, plus labor, I loaded the heavy bike in my car took it to his shop then he quoted me plus $80/tire saying $27 is just for tube. I then asked him why did he not disclose that to me over the phone and that’s when he went nuclear crazy started screaming at me saying “get out of my store and never come back”. I even told him ok I will pay and I need to drop off bike due to family emergency I need the space in my car to attend to my family, but he kept screaming to get out of the store. Never had any experience in my life like that and I told him I have a family emergency and need space in my car. All because I asked why he did not disclose all the charges over the phone! He is a terrible business owner and won’t support you after you buy their very expensive Ebikes. He is possibly mad because his store was empty and doesn’t want to deal with servicing after you buy !Online you can find better e-bikes with better range for a fraction of cost with better support. It’s unfortunate how Allen the owner is treating his customers after the sale is done. And as you can read other reviewers with similar complaints. I called their corporate office to file a complaint and “Vanessa” was nice and apologetic and she said “IM SORRY THATS ALLENS PERSONALITY” … so if you are reading this BEWARE

  We have a blast with our new Pedego bikes. Easy to ride, comfortable and so much fun. The crew at the RSM store, Lorenzo, George and Allan have been friendly, helpful and have assisted us every step of the way. 2 bikes and a Kuat bike rake later, our summer has been adventurous such a good time. We did our research before buying, and definitely found the right place!

  Allen sadly is a used car sales man and lied about a cash price we agreed upon. He tried to charge me more than what we agreed. Make sure to verify exact price with this guy. Went to another Pedego store and the owner was great and knew very what cash meant. I walked away with a more fully loaded bike and better price than what I agreed with Allen. Go to other Pedego stores. Not this one.
