Absolutely trash for ski repairs, these morons cut my base out for a repair and the patch doesn’t even match up! No epoxy, just fat gaps all around the patch. When I callled them out on it when I picked it up, they said ‘bring it back after the season and we will fix it’ LOL okay, once my core is water logged and the ski is ruined, got ittttttt. Never again, not a single dollar more will be spent at REI.

This store use to have amazing staff but it seems recently the staff is more judgemental. I returned an item and the staff made me feel like I was abusing the members 1 year. I have only returned a few items after being a member of almost 5 years and not once have I ever felt like I was doing something wrong for returning something that simply was not to my liking. So sad to see this happening.
