    This store use to have amazing staff but it seems recently the staff is more judgemental. I returned an item and the staff made me feel like I was abusing the members 1 year. I have only returned a few items after being a member of almost 5 years and not once have I ever felt like I was doing something wrong for returning something that simply was not to my liking. So sad to see this happening.

    Horrible experience. I asked questions about clothing to take to Patagonia and was told to look up specific items on line. I understand why box retailers are going out and Amazon is gaining. Lack of customer service!

    the manager Richard has a very bad and mean attitude to the customer when I wanted to return a pair of bindings with defects that was very dangerous when snowboarding. He refuses to provide any help with the return or change or even help us contact the manufacturer. He was questioning meanly what did I do to the bindings when I was snowboarding and he was leading the conversation to “I caused the issue” when I was asking for a solution. His response was a big harm and tarnishing to the REI brand reputation!

    Very knowledgeable and kind team working there especially in the shoe section! Was able to try many shoe sizes to get the right fit, and did not have the exact color combination I wanted in store so they ordered free delivery to my house for me. Very easy and low stress
