  My wife and I went to purchase a couple E-bikes with all the necessary equipment. They let us stand out for awhile with out so much as an acknowledgment. Granted they was busy setting up a rental. The thing is we were left standing outside the door while they were unwilling to let us in to even look around. Rule # 1 in business let money walk out your door. They was to worried about the dimes. All the had to do was acknowledge our presence and say Hi, we will be with you in a minute. Oh well there is another shop that will be glad to tank our money!

  We called last minute to ask about renting bikes and the owner quickly arranged to ready two bikes for us. She chatted with us and was so friendly- She gave us a card for a perfect two hour ride with stops from her store to Avila Beach and back. We had a perfect adventure.. And she has the friendliest dog that loves to play ! A great day!! Thank you Thanks also for your advice on how to select the right e-bike when considering to purchase

  Pismo Beach Bike Rental is AMAZING!!! Toby is the SWEETEST lady!!! The bikes were so fun!!! Definitely recommend going there!

  We had a wonderful time. The guide was patient, fun, and engaging; the bikes were high quality, and the scenery was magnificent. Definitely worthwhile.
