- AWandre white2 days ago4.0Way cleaner than when I would bowl 3 on 3 or 4 man teams (2018 ish) between friends and family. Lanes look very attractive when you first walk in. Safe environment. I was there for an hour on Tuesday March 10th (5pm to 6pm).

Management and staff have really stepped it up with in the friendliness department. The manager helped us find the proper size balls, the waitress was quick with our food & repeatedly checked in on us, it was very much appreciated. Now if only they could help me outscore my kids, lol.
- ADA D4 days ago1.0Terrible experience with unfriendly staff, unlimited food option for birthday party was horrible, unlimited basically means limited to how much they want to give you by taking their time bringing the food out, had a party with food table sitting empty for long periods embarrassing.

Mariah was our host and she was such a gem. She was very nice and patient with the kids. She made sure that our hot bar stayed stocked up with all of our treats. She made sure to check in with me and my family to make sure we had everything we needed. One of our lanes had a glitch and Marisa stepped in and took care of it right away. The manager Marsha was very attentive and answered all of my questions leading up to me booking the event. Katie Brown in sales did a great job as well with making sure everything was set up before our party. Marsha took the extra step to call me to make sure that we had a great experience. Her going the extra mile really made me feel valued as a customer. Marsha is a true leader and her team so so grateful to have her as their manager. Overall, my son had the best birthday party and it was all thanks to Marsha and her team. I cant wait to book my next event!
