He's very friendly and accommodating (especially to league and competitive bowlers) and has surrounded himself with front desk and bar staff that is also very friendly and helpful. Recreational bowlers seem to be enjoying themselves as well. Hoping these improvements continue with more to come! It would be nice if ownership could update the aging scoring system and pinsetters before too much longer.
