Really enjoy the work outs at Rumble Pasadena. The instructors goes over the movements and techniques every single time. Just listen up so you don't get lost. Enjoy taking full body, upper and lower body classes. They have classes every day for people who don't have a life, like me. They were open Thanksgiving too! Thank you for being available and dependable. The studio. Its super clean and there's plenty of room inside the studio. the studio can get dark at times and the music is great. I wish the projectors on the boxing side was easier to see. Too many obstructions from the beams that hold the aqua bags. So, I prefer the bags up in front. Two bathrooms full of supplies/amenities and a separate shower room. Toiletries, towels, earplugs, hand sanitizer and so much more; are always stocked. Lockers with dial locks so you don't have to bring your own. 90 mins of parking free with their validation. Super easy. First time? They can provide gloves and wraps. The front desk team are super friendly, personable, and can help with anything. Joy was there for my first time and answered all my questions. They can communicate via text/email/call. My favorite part is that there is sometimes a cute and playful Australian Shepard dog that's there to welcome you. Thank you so much for supporting military veterans. During my active duty service, I was deployed almost a dozen times and stationed overseas. I never never got to enjoy anything at home. It's been a rough transition home. From my heart, thank you Rumble Pasadena for not forgetting about us and for your support, so many years later. I honor you.

I have done about 50 classes at Rumble Boxing Pasadena and felt it was time to leave a review. These classes are pretty good as, particularly on the bag, you are able to pace yourself. Even for those experienced on the bags (there are a number of them who work out here), there are opportunities to push yourself to the absolute limit... in a very rewarding way. Each class starts with an introduction into the basic six types of strikes. This, in conjunction with the video display of all the boxing drills (or exercise combinations on the floor), ensures that nobody gets left behind. I prefer the bagwork, although the floor is often a nice break from extreme exertion on the bag. And of course, my favorite thing about these bags is that they are teardrop-shaped, so you can really lean into them on the uppercuts with everything you've got. Very satisfying. The instructors here are all friendly and invested in participant success. Head Trainer Dani is both talented and professional, and is adept and squeezing the most out of her students. I have also taken numerous classes with Louis and Richie, which I also enjoyed. Front desk staff is always friendly, fantastic, and helpful. A membership that is well worth the money, in my humble opinon.

I HATE working out until I started going to Rumble. Now the whole family goes to Rumble and it's become a part of our routine. The trainers, staff and set up is amazing. The trainers keep the energy up and the moves easy to follow. I'm coming up on my 50th class soon and am so proud of myself.
