I love seeing all the numbers and knowing what I need to improve on. I didn't get to set up future lessons at this time but I am definitely going back once I get the opportunity.

I signed up through a referral from a friend who went to golf tech Pasadena. my friend and i started golfing at the same and in the small time frame he has surprised and surpassed me. his secret was Tyler. Tyler is a great golf coach. He’s got a good eye. his rationales make sense. he played in college. he lives and breaths golf. but execution is on you. it’ll be overwhelming at first but if you put in the time and if you’re disciplined you’ll go far. they break down your swing, short game, putting and score card. the app is another great resource. you book your appointments and schedule your practice sessions. all your lessons are video recorded and that’s where you learn from your mistakes. ask for tyler but i’m sure the other coaches are great too. good luck on your golf journey

Long version - I contacted Golftec for a swing evaluation to get an understanding of where I was at. Having only been a year into the game I thought it would be best to assess and learn properly rather than developing my poor habits to only try and forget them and relearn all together. After such a positive first experience with Aaron Hunsaker, I signed up for the 6-15 Game Plan on the spot. Making the choice to start positively through regularly monitored practices and highly instructive lessons was absolutely the right decision. I've progressed to a skill level and comfortability on the course that is equal to or surpassing my friends that started the game a decade before me. Above having the confidence to play any course I travel to I know my equipment has been tailored specifically for me with great precision from my fittings and that feeling only compounds with my new understanding of the game and the skills to fully enjoy this beautiful thing called golf.

There was an issue with my audio file from when I was in SB, so GolfTec Pasadena offered to give me a free swing evaluation to replace it. Now, I can tell you from experience, there is nothing more valuable to improving a golf swing than taking video lessons. GolfTec is pricey, but if you have the time to dedicate, it is well worth it. My swing evaluation was very helpful, and I learned about the inefficiencies in my swing. Within 30 minutes of instruction from Larry, I was beginning to see major improvements in my swing plane, ball distance, and accuracy. I plan to come back to this location when I have more time to practice.

We highly recommend the Swing Evaluation for every student, from beginner to competitive player. It allows us to understand your current swing and goals and helps determine the right lesson plan for you.
Are your lessons expensive?
Prices vary by the lesson plan, features included, and region, but they are highly competitive with teaching professionals in each area. However, each GOLFTEC Student will start with a Swing Evaluation which is $150.
Do you teach beginners?
We love teaching golfers who are just picking up the sport! Our coaches understand the unique needs of beginners and know how to make their sessions comfortable and enjoyable.
Can I take lessons at any location?
Absolutely! Your Coach will be able to help you find another Center and Coach. You can also use any GOLFTEC location when you are traveling.
Can I take lessons outdoors?
On-course instruction on specific shots and course management are a great complement to in-bay swing lessons and are offered at most locations.
Will you change my swing?
Changes to your swing may be necessary given your specific golfing problems and goals. We begin with your current swing and work on adjustments to make it more effective and productive.
Does GOLFTEC sell clubs?
Yes. We will order clubs based on your TECFIT club fitting or your specifications if you choose not to have a fitting. With our large buying power and relationships with leading manufacturers, we can sell custom clubs for the same price that you would pay for off-the-rack clubs at many retailers.
