  Many people complaining about price and I didn't understand until it was my time to pay. It says $11.99 per game but it's $11.99 PER GAME PER PERSON!!! So 4 people playing 1 game 47.96 + tax, most play at least 4 games so about $200 + shoes $5.99 per pair, drinks and snacks expect to spend in 2hrs (about 30min per game) about $300. People are just money hungry at this point. Imagine 40 rows $300 per row $12,000 in 2 hrs? Seriously? Broke my heart a guy that played 1 game with 4 small kids and it was $60, he said he wasn't expecting it to be that much as sign said $11.99 per game and if he had known he wouldn't had stayed. MARK YOUR DAMN PRICES CLEAR SO PEOPLE KNOW. Get coupons before going. Don't say I didn't warn you.

  So let me start by saying we enjoy this place but this visit today left me not wanting to come back. They had a deal in which if you paid for two games you get rhe third one 50% off. So I paid for my family of four for two games and they left the tab open, didn't closed me out. Then ordered food drinks and some alcoholic drinks. Spent a pretty penny things aren't cheap anymore. So we then got that third game and played some more. When we finished i went to close out the tab and they charged me for all three games full price, not the 50% off the third game as they have advertised right there on their counter. I asked what's going on and they told me I had to say I wanted that deal in order for them to apply it, if I didn't verbally say it it won't apply. I'm like that's not what the sign says or they didn't even told me verbally at all either. So I was mad to day the least but just paid and went to the arcades cus my two kids wanted to go before we left. So when I finished paying I forgot my hydroflask water bottle in the counter and when I went back to pick it up it wasn't there and the people in the counter say they didn't know what happened. I know they took it and probably threw it away cus they weread that I gave them a hard time earlier. Nobody is going to grab somebody's random bottle and take it. It was them and then acted stupid out of spite!! This time around service was horrible. Just make sure you verbally say what deals you want or you will be getting ripped off. It's sad these fools are jumping over dollars to pick up pennies.
