They are always super polite, but its under staffed and a little chaotic so sometimes you have to wait for shoes, food or purchasing a lane. Dont give them too much grief or attitude please, its not their fault. But lanes are clean, rental shoes are new and well maintained, and the arcade is solid. Just know that it can get super busy and sometimes they don't have the staff to keep up. And they have always been super forgiving on extra lane time for parties. Even though we only rented the lanes until 5, they let us have an extra 20 minutes to finish up the kids games. They didnt have to do that, but it was very much appreciated. Lost a star for the shirt staffing and wait times. But not the workers fault, I would recommend this place for sure. Just know they can get busy and be patient with them <3
