Lots are all dirt, tight to back you rv into. Lots of very LARGE palm trees that seem to be in the way of parking your rv!

It is what it is, but telling someone with disabilities that checkout is noon at 12:20, while they're pulling away, is just rude. In fact, the insistance that we know how to properly enter (by some sort of magic) having never been there before was also not a good welcome. Do better.

Only about 50% occupied, but they stuck me in the #1 worst space in the whole park, about 100' from I-10 and told me there is no way to change my given spot...BS

Very disorganized with reservations, everyone at hottub was complaining about having to shift a rv multiple times in a 2 week or 21 day stay, even tho 25 percent of resort was empty, sewage smell strong even tho repairs were done on sewage system , My pre registration I was put in a 50 Amp site even tho I'm 30amp, no longer Choose your own site , thats extremely inconvienent, and not conducive to putting problem parking situations into tight spots when there are plenty of wide open spots available. They had 4 months during off season closure to do repairs on sewage an main water lines and pool repairs instead of peak season with campers inconvieneced. It's no longer my 1st choice ttn resort.
