I had an excellent experience at Golf Town thanks to Mitch. I came in for a fitting, he was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right fit for my size and swing rather than just making a sale. He very easily could have tried to upsell me an expensive driver but he kept my budget in mind and helped me find a solid driver that was a bit more price friendly. He took the time to walk me through different options, answer all of my questions, and make sure I was comfortable with the clubs I was trying. What stood out most was his willingness to stay a few minutes past the end of his shift to ensure everything was properly fitted and that I left confident in my decision. That level of customer service is rare and very appreciated. Mitch made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free, and his professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. I’d highly recommend asking for him if you’re looking for help with golf equipment at Golf Town. Thank you Mitch!

I had a very poor experience during my iron fitting with Mitch. I’m not sure if he was having an off day, but as someone who is trying to improve their beginner golf game and ready to purchase new clubs, he was not helpful at all and actually demeaning. It was truly pulling teeth to get any helpful information out of him to help guide me to what clubs would be beneficial. After standing there silently and watching me swing, he said “no offense but I don’t think it matters what clubs you get”. Way to kill my golfing spirit. Would not recommend this location for helpful advice and has left a very bad taste in my mouth.

Came here mid-day on a Thursday, plenty of staff around but no one even acknowledged my presence. I got some of what I came there for, but I will be doing the rest of my shopping elsewhere. Also, a message to corporate: The way stores are required to hang pants/shorts/skirts is psychopathic. It's a total inconvenience to shop like that. You can't get a good idea of what the garment looks like without taking it off the hanger. I came in specifically for bottoms of some sort and gave up looking after a few racks.

This is not the first time I purchased something from this location feeling regret. The regret is not from the product itself but the interactions I had with management. The regular staff was friendly and helpful, but when it became time to speak with a manager about a custom club order, I could sense they wanted nothing to do with this interaction. They naturally assumed I wasn't going to place the order so they went about giving me vague (not helpful information). Sure the club comes in a variety of different shaft options. I don't need a rapidfire list spoken to me in a condescending tone. Later I asked the manager (Danny) about a recommendation for a 7 wood I wanted to order for my father and he told me "they are all good". Thanks for your help. Who I can assume is the "head manager' kept interrupting the conversation I was having with Danny to ask him about the GPS stock situation. I really hate going to this location as they make you feel like crap for wanting to buy something. Markham location is definitely better. Or for custom orders just buy online elsewhere. Price is cheaper, plenty of options and faster turnaround time.

Never really had great experiences at golf town. There are better places for fitting and I'd always recommend buying lightly used off facebook market place or golf avenue. If you don't know what you are looking for or just play golf for fun they can't help you. Avoid the price gouge.
