  My custom fitting at Studio X was an outstanding experience. Matt was very well prepared, knowledgeable and extremely helpful In making a decision on irons and the appropriate shafts for my swing. I highly recommend Studio X and Matt as a master fitter.

  I typically jump back-and-forth between Gulftown, Woodbridge and Gulftown Etobicoke, depending on where I am in the GTA Both have great selection However, and well, this might not be the fault of Golf Town. The warranty process needs to be a little more streamlined. I had an issue with some shoes that ripped after being worn once Golf Town cannot do anything about it as it needed to go through the manufacturer, that is fine however, that process took over two weeks with multiple follow ups Also had an issue with my Callaway driver, Came into golf town to try and get some answers/solution The associate didn’t know the answer which was fine. Said he would reach out to the manufacturer again multiple follow ups. I ended up reaching out to Callaway directly to get the answer to my question.

  Did a retrofitting of my full bag with Mathew Polanco at Studio X. Matt was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in making sure all my clubs were tuned for my game. Very hands-on, data-driven and consultative approach - my ball flight and yardage gaps saw an immediate improvement. Would HIGHLY recommend Mathew and will definitely be working with him on any future fittings

  Mathew at Studio X in the Woodbridge Golftown was great! He was very knowledgeable and really helped me understand all the data during my club fitting. We spent a lot of time hitting balls, and with his help, I'm confident I made the right club choices. If you're looking to get some new clubs, I'd highly recommend you to go see him. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I can't wait to pick up my new set!

  My initial club fitting experience at Golf Town/Studio X was excellent. The fitter was knowledgeable, professional, and made me feel confident in my purchase decisions. Unfortunately, everything that happened after the fitting fell well below expectations. The overall communication, service, and customer experience were disappointing. One club was missing from my order when it arrived, which resulted in two separate trips to the store to resolve the issue (120min round trips each). Despite the clubs arriving, no one contacted me to let me know they were ready for pickup, leaving me to follow up myself. To make matters worse, the wrong grips were installed on the clubs. When I returned to have the correct grips installed, I was surprised to be charged for the replacement, even though the mistake was not mine. There was no communication or discussion on this and if the grips that were originally selected were installed properly the first time, this all could have been avoided. While the fitting itself was a great experience, the lack of communication, order errors, and poor service recovery significantly impacted my overall impression. For a premium fitting and custom club experience, I expected much better attention to detail and customer care. There was never an acknowledgement of error or a discussion on a better resolution.
