Actually encouraged me to try other bikes at other shops to compare! Honest, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend!

I had just taken possession of a Trek FX Sport 6 Carbon bike and less than a week later while on a bike ride, the rear derailler and hangar snapped off to my dismay. The customer service was outstanding and all damaged components were replaced at no charge. Thank you again the bike rides awesome!
