- CWCat WJun 26, 20261.0I work in customer service so I understand what it's like. But the customer service I recieved was inexcusable. I walked in looking to purchase a $1000 bike, and the head 'mechanic' was too busy snacking and socializing to help me. Additionally, the main person who helped me was so uninterested, and couldn't care less. There was zero attention to customer service skills. I asked if I could get it sized properly, and it seemed like a major inconvenience. I also asked them to do the standard 'check up' before buying and despite assuring me it had been done. I'm now having problems with the seat staying up, and can't find an email to reach out to. I should've listened to the red flags and walked out when it was clear that no one cared to take my money. It's very clear that there's no regard for attention to detail. I would strong advise against anyone going to this location, and simply focusing on smaller third party bike shops that actually care.

A sight for sore eyes was the Trek pop-up tent in victory red. The team efficiently replaced my cleats and I was back on route to complete 104km in 4hrs. Thanks for looking after me!
