- BGBASHIR GagigiSep 26, 20265.0Alex took care of the bike
- PHPatrick “Hoss” HoskinSep 10, 20265.0I like the quality and technology of their products. I also feel Trek is something that will be stood behind if there ever was an issue. Jake was great. He wasn't pushy, very knowledgeable and accommodating.
- PPPeterSep 5, 20261.0Very disapointing service. Dont use them.. go to Missisagua or Burlighton.. want to know why just email me.
- KSKaelyn ShenAug 29, 20265.0fantastic! my friend recommended me this spot and not only did they clock my bike’s issues immediately but fixed it fairly inexpensively and quickly! huge compliments to jake williams who fixed my tubing but also federico rizo-cubillos, a young handsome gentleman (who i heard is single) has helped me out with product selection and deciding if a bike rack was great!!
- JOJon OsmondAug 29, 20265.0I tried two other bike shops downtown. Jake and Pedro were by far the best in customer service. Showed me my options for bikes but never tried to up sell me. Actually encouraged me to try other bikes at other shops to compare! Honest, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend!
